Ten of which the Gosford District Chamber of Commerce and Industry proposed.
Subsequently adopted by Gosford City Council. The Chamber will not rest until points 1 to 10 of this 14 point charter have been successfuly completed.

Council rangers to be engaged with police and ACS to develop protocols in a planned management response to issues of anti-social behaviour and provide additional security presence.

 
4 Return of police bicycle patrols. April 08
5 Return of dog and handler.  May 08
6 Review of proposed plans for stage three of Kibble Park to promote a strong community spirit in Gosford.  
7 Council request an overall management review of the methadone clinic distribution within the city in association with council and chamber of commerce.
 
8 Council note the Chamber of Commerce's support of council inspection of disused shopfront retail premises.  
9 Council note the Chamber of Commerce's support of council's resumption or demolishing at the owners expense [when legislative ammendments are complete] recalcitrant owners neglected premises.  
10 Council request the police to monitor the CCTV cameras recently installed.  
11 A letter be written to State Member for Gosford, Marie Andrews MP, minister for the central coast, John Della Bosca, and the minister for police, David Campbell, seeking their commitment to the implementation of the above resolution.  
12 A holistic and multi-pronged approach be developed to consider safety for the entire community and the GBID committee be requested to work with council to introduce a '100 days to a safer community program' similar to that implemented in Portsmouth, UK.  
13 Council implement the Youth Engagement Strategy program into the city centre.  
14 Part of Council's consultation as required by the SCRAP committee involve the relevant Government departments when and where necessary.
